New Council Leader asks Sam to join the Cabinet

The new Leader of the Council Cec Tallack has appointed local Liberal Democrat Sam Potts to his cabinet. One of Council Leaders Cec Tallack first tasks was to appoint the cabinet. Cec has asked Sam to take on Health, Adult Social Care and well being. The rest of the Cabinet are made up of councillors that have served on the cabinet before.

Cllr Cec Tallack said, "I have asked San to join the cabinet as he has a vast amount of experience and knowledge working in the voluntary, private and public sector, I think its vital we have a rural councillor as one of the leaders in Milton Keynes."

Cllr Sam Potts said, "I am delighted to have been asked to serve on the cabinet, but my first priority will be to represent the Ouse Valley Villages - they are the people that elected me and they are the people I work for.
